I used to sleep on the NYC subway... I had an hour an a half commute from queens. somehow would always wake up right before my stop. I don't sleep on the Seoul subway because my commute isn't that long and I'm afraid I'll miss my stop. However it's true that I have not seen anyone doze off into the adjacent person's lap here, and there are annoying people who do that all the time in NYC. hmm.
